Refunds & Return Policy
Group classes
Single class pass
The Single class pass is valid for 1 month. It’s your own responsibility to use your pass during this time period. Class passes can not be extended or refunded.
5 class pass
The 5 class pass is valid for 3 months. It’s your own responsibility to use your classes during this time period. Class passes are meant to be for regular students. If you are visiting for holiday and want to book a class pass, keep in mind that classes might be canceled due to rain, illness, or vacation and your pass won’t be refunded in case you won’t be able to use all your classes during your holiday. Class passes can not be extended.
Cancellation policy
Group classes
You can cancel up to 12 hours before the class via the System. The full class price will be charged if cancellations don’t happen within the cancellation period.
In case a class is canceled, your class credit will be automatically readded to your profile, so you can use it for another booking.
Private classes
The deposit is non-refundable upon payment. We have a 24 hours cancellation policy otherwise the full class price will be charged.
Retreats and Trainings / Covid
Covid Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel due to a Covid infection, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice and proof of a positive Covid test. We do ask however that you give us as much notice as possible to give us the best possible chance of replacing your spot.
In the event of government guidelines preventing travel due to lockdown, of course, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Retreats and Trainings
The deposit is non-refundable upon payment. We have a 30days cancellation policy otherwise the full retreat or training price will be charged.
Force Majeure
Yoga MariSol will not be liable in the event of force majeure; such as but not limited to; fires, volcanoes, adverse weather conditions such as earthquakes, floods, storms, strikes or blockades, government order, global pandemics, airport closures, flight cancellations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
