This Yoga series focuses on balancing your emotions as well as your first 4 Chakras. The classes are recorded in the beautiful Finca S’Almundaina in Mallorca. You can practice the classes whenever and as often you want. You can purchase a single class/ particular Chakra class or the Yoga Nidra for 22€ (11€ for Yoga Nidra) or you can purchase the whole package for 77€.
